Information we collect
Mutiva Technologies LLC collects information you choose to provide through our website. Through the quote form, this can include your name, business name, email address, phone number, current website, industry, current CRM, monthly lead volume, services or package of interest, goals, budget range, timeline, payment preference, and project description. Through the contact form, it includes your name, email address, phone number, and message. When you book a consultation, our scheduling tool collects the details you enter there, such as your name, email address, and appointment time.
Mutiva Assistant conversations
Messages you send to the Mutiva Assistant chat are stored so the conversation can continue and be reviewed. If you choose to share contact details during a chat, such as your name or email address, that information may be saved as a lead. Chat messages are processed by an AI model to generate responses. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information in the chat.
Website technical information
Like most websites, our hosting and service providers may automatically receive basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages requested. The website stores an identifier in your browser so the Mutiva Assistant can restore your conversation. Our embedded scheduling tool and web font provider may also receive technical information when their content loads.
How information is used
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, review quote requests, schedule and hold consultations, follow up about services you asked about, prepare recommendations, provide services, manage our customer relationships, and improve our website and communications.
Service providers
We use the following types of service providers to operate the website and our business: HighLevel, our customer relationship management platform, which receives quote form submissions, contact form submissions, and leads shared through the Mutiva Assistant, and which we use for consultation booking and for managing customers and sales opportunities; Lovable, which hosts the website and provides the database where form submissions and chat conversations are stored; an AI model provider, accessed through Lovable, which processes Mutiva Assistant messages to generate responses; and Google Fonts, which delivers the website's typefaces. Information is shared with providers only as needed to deliver these services.
Text messages and email
Submitting a form or booking a consultation does not sign you up for automated marketing text messages. We may contact you by email or phone about the inquiry or consultation you requested.
Sharing and security
We do not sell personal information. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, such as restricting access to stored submissions, but no online system can guarantee complete security.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information you have submitted by emailing hello@mutivaai.com. Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, security, or business recordkeeping purposes.
